Being a freelancer is difficult. Sure, it has the perks: I work from home and operate on my own hours (mostly) to name a couple. However, there are downsides. For own, I like working with people. Secondly, I don’t have the same tools that many corporate IT guys have… things like a tracking system, etc. So, I’ve taken this downside and tried to make it a positive by testing out a whole bunch of different web applications. From time tracking to issue tracking, I’ve found some of the best and cheapest apps around. For those that I’ve tagged in this note, I believe that you specifically could benefit from my research… even though you may not be a freelancer.
